These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AccelaStudy AI (the "Service"), operated by Renkara Media Group, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Subscriptions and Billing
Free accounts provide access to a limited set of learning domains at no cost. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, distribute malware or harmful code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, algorithms, content, and design, is the property of Renkara Media Group, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws, including 27 pending patent applications. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your learning data and account information remain yours. We claim no ownership of the data you provide to the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings, and your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that score predictions will match actual exam results. AccelaStudy is a study tool, not a guarantee of exam performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renkara Media Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
